- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you expected, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We’ll gladly replace it or refund the item.

Exchanges
We cannot accept exchanges for scent or style preferences once an item has been opened or used.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
